These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (the “Website”) and your purchase of products from Love From The Pets (“we”, “us”, or “the Company”). By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this Website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to do so. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website or place an order.

2. Products, Variations & Orders

  • Availability: All our pet-themed cards are subject to availability.
  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at our sole discretion. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund immediately.
  • Card Designs & On-Screen Colours: We make every effort to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, because colours look different on every screen, we cannot guarantee that the physical card will perfectly match the exact shade you see on your digital device.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT (if applicable).
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of placing your order. We securely accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Same-Day Dispatch

  • Dispatch Times: We offer same-day dispatch for orders placed before 11:00am (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed after this time will leave the studio the following working day.
  • Shipping Costs: Standard shipping via Royal Mail 2nd Class is completely FREE. If you choose to upgrade to 1st Class or a tracked service, the extra fee will be calculated and clearly shown at checkout.
  • Delays & Risk: While we get your items out of the door lightning fast, we are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other postal carriers. Risk of loss and title for the cards pass to you once we hand the package over to the carrier. (However, if an item is lost or damaged, please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy!).

5. Personalised Cards (Written by the Pets!)

  • Many of our cards offer customisation so it looks like it came straight from your pet.
  • Accuracy: You are solely responsible for ensuring that any names, custom details, or text you provide are spelt correctly. We print exactly what you type, so please double-check your personalisation before checking out!
  • Returns on Custom Work: Because personalised cards are printed uniquely for you, they are strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or with an error made on our part.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • For non-personalised cards, we offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • To initiate a return or report a missing/damaged card, please email us at lovefromthepetcards@gmail.com.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website—including unique card designs, wording, concept text, images, graphics, and logos—is the property of Love From The Pets and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content from this Website without our express, written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Love From The Pets will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Website or the purchase of our products.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on the Website. Your continued use of the site or placement of orders means you accept the updated Terms.
